GETTING TO YOUR PARKING SPOT: If you’re not familiar with the roads and highways in and around Indianapolis, we suggest you go to the parking page on this website and figure out where you need to park and how to get there. The main avenues leading to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway include Crawfordsville Rd. from the west side, 38th Street from the west and east side, Lafayette Rd. from the North side, and either I-65 north to 38th street or I-465 to Crawfordsville Rd. from the south side. Plan your route carefully and remember that the lots inside the track are usually filled at least 4 hours prior to the start of the race. The next closest lots fill up soon after. So plan to arrive early or walk a long distance to get to your seats. For more detailed information about parking, see the Parking page on this website.
